November 20, Amsterdam – TDOR Transgender Day of Remembrance 2019
This week Transgender Europe (TGEU) published the list registered victims from the previous year. We shall honor the 331 names at TDOR 2019.

Transgender Day of Remembrance (TDOR) is an annual international remembrance on November 20th that honors those whose lives were lost in acts of anti-transgender violence. All these victims who we lost to violence and death shall be remembered. Every year the numbers of registered victims increases.
This years’ 15th edition shall be joined by the National TDOR ceremony. Therefore Transgender Netwerk Nederland shall help us with co-financing the event!
Join us to remember these community members! The ceremony shall be inside the Singelkerk/ Singel church, the Westerkerk / Wester Church is closed due to renovation. We shall finalize our ceremony with a short walk to the Homomonument where all flowers shall be laid down.
