Lyon reportback!
Over 1500 people gathered in the streets of Lyon to protest far right and police violence. Over the past few months, Lyon has seen a string of fascist attacks.
Speeches were held in front of several of these places that were attacked by the fash, like the LGBTQ centre, the Plume Noire Library and the PCF and CNT offices.
In contrast the last few months, the fascists were very discreet during the day of the protest, which proves again that mass-mobilisations and lack of public support, can be effective tools against the far right.
