In response to the judgement of the Constitutional Court, 4th of June 2020, no 81/2020 The country in which we work and study, in which we get socially involved in a profound desire of emancipation, instruction, and fulfillment, should be a country that is inclusive and where mutual respect dictates the law. Given that we cannot count on our representatives to ensure that this becomes reality, we will ourselves be actors of that change. The fight will not cease until the belgian law and case-law take into account the realities of muslim women, whenever they make decisions that concern them directly.
