In 1989, anti-racist skinheads from eight different midwest U.S. cities met up and formed The Syndicate – a network of anti-racist skinheads crews. This foundation would later form the basis of the Anti-Racist Action Network, which at its peak was the world’s largest anti-racist youth movement.
