Reblogging for the fifth anniversary of The Battle of Lime Street today! When proscribed terror group “National Action” threatened to hold a “White Man March” through the city (their leaders stating that “only bullets can stop us”), essentially all of Merseyside came out and shut them down right at the train station, pelting them with eggs, milk, and abuse and forcing them to hide in a lost luggage booth under heavy police protection.
